erz were appointed by Costley & Costley Hoteliers to masterplan and design the external spaces for their development on the main street in Kirkoswald. The layout is focused around a public realm space that forms a new focus for community and visitor activity within the village. The space forms an axial route linking the historic Old Kirk and the Robert Adam influenced Parish Church and connects into longer distance recreational walking routes.
