erz were commissioned to design the spaces both within and surrounding this proposed mixed use development in Paisley city centre. A uniting theme is the capture of rainwater from the extensive roof space and the on site treatment and creative use of the water through the public spaces. This includes a series of atrium spaces within the development and the creation of sculptural water treatment terraces where the development borders the River Cart.
